Responsabilidades

This role is a 1-year contract position. The incumbent will assist in providing a full spectrum of People & Organization (P&O) services from hiring to exit of employees in Regional Head Office (RHO) located in Singapore.

  • Manage employment areas such as, hiring and termination processes, mobility services, labor issues, confirmation process, contract edits, renewals and dismissals, expatriate management, control/processing of retirement, etc. and deliver people services within the stipulated service delivery time
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, advising hiring managers, talent selection and onboarding
  • Employee data management on all P&O platforms – ensuring data is accurate, complete and up-to date
  • Support C&B initiatives such as grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, annual increment, bonus, rewards and recognition initiatives
  • Keep abreast of changes in statutory regulations and update the Employee Handbook, P&O policies and related procedures
  • Manage onsite training, engagement, P&O events, health and safety related drills as required
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into P&O operations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage administration such as personnel e-files, contracts, letters, management of work passes
  • Participate and support in P&O Transformation related projects such as implementation of SAP Success Factors, Payroll system, Shared Services Centre etc.
  • Assist with ad hoc P&O activities when needed

Títulos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences or any other relevant fields
  • Preferably with 1 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • This is a 1-year contract position
