We are seeking a French-speaking Business Developer to drive growth in our Asset Management business in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Swiss financial industry.

A private bank in Geneva.

Description

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, primarily Banks, Family Offices, and Independent Asset Managers.
  • Take ownership of your client portfolio, with a clear focus on achieving annual growth targets.
  • Lead local marketing activities, communications, and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on market developments and expand knowledge of target client bases.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across different locations within the Group.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in Switzerland.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English required, German is a plus.
  • Swiss resident only.
