The Paul Scherrer Institute PSI is the largest research institute for natural and engineering sciences within Switzerland. For the Center of Proton Therapy, we are looking for a

Your tasks

  • To set up Monte Carlo dose calculation environment able to simulate the unique in-house built pencil beam scanning proton therapy gantry at PSI
  • To perform retrospective clinical data analysis and correlate treatment outcomes with dosiomics features

Your profile

  • Experience with using Monte Carlo dose calculation engines in radiotherapy
  • Working knowledge of python, matlab or c++
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • English proficiency
  • Scientific communication skills (papers and presentations)
