Internship/Research Assistant – Mixed Reality Application Development

The Center of Sustainable Future Mobility (CSFM) has been established with the aim to promote research activities that foster the realisation of a sustainable transportation system from an environmental, social, and economic perspective. The centre should serve as the entry point for external partners as well as a coordination unit for interdisciplinary research and partnerships around the challenges associated with future mobility.
Project background
This project aims to advance immersive spatial data analysis by integrating 3D representations, cartographic methods, and geospatial analytical models. It will utilize mixed-reality devices to superpose data visualizations and real-world places. The application will enable people to have a better understanding of human mobility data.
Job description
We are seeking an intern/research assistant to join our development of mixed reality applications. As an intern/research assistant, you will contribute to the development and testing of the interactive interfaces. The visual interface will be built with Apple Vision Pro.

We offer
We offer a 20% to 60% position starting from July 2024. The duration of the contract depends on the working percentage. For example, a 20% contract could last for one year, and a 60% contact lasts for 4 months. Please complete the application before 15th June 2024.
