Field Service Engineer 80 – 100 % (f/m/d)

How you can make a difference:

Together with your teammates across Europe, you are the first point of contact for our customers concerns. You ensure a competent solution for technical challenges and you are responsible for the efficient flow of information in both directions, externally as well as internally.

For our customers in Central and Eastern Europe – primarily in Hungary and Austria, you are the first point of contact (1st level support) for technical as well as simple inquiries about the application of our products.

You plan and carry out services at the customers site independently and support our customers during important and complex challenges.

You assess customer complaints efficiently, coordinate sustainable solutions with your colleagues in Switzerland (3rd level support) and thus ensure a successful and lasting after-sales support.

You impart your process and product knowhow to internal and external partners. For this, you will be the instructor at customer seminars, webinars and local trainings for our customers as well as our service and sales organization.

The described position requires regular travel activity (mainly Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on Hungary and Austria as well as sometimes to our headquarters in Bonaduz, Switzerland).

That’s what you bring along:

Good understanding of customer needs as well as a technical background, ideally as an automation engineer, process / system technician or in a related direction (B.Sc.).

Professional experience in the industrial environment of the process industry, ideally in pharmaceutical industries, is a plus but not a must-have.

Structured and methodical way of working, which gives you assurance in hectic phases.

Initiative, flexible, and communicative personality for creative and customer-oriented solutions.

Professional working proficiency of English, Hungarian and German.

Home Office based occupation, preferably in Eastern Austria or Western Hungary
