Your contribution to KPMG
- Ensure that organizations resources are guided by a value driven business architecture strategy that connects value streams across our different functions (e.g. HR; Finance; Audit), streamlines execution and maximizes investment in technology
- Improve strategic technology alignment with business needs to enhance workflows and user experience
- Improve visibility of business architecture assets (roles, functions, value streams, processes, business entities) and the underlying applications and technology to support strategic and tactical decision making
- Strengthen our capability to manage business challenges by designing practical business solutions
- Accelerate the adoption of new and/or enhanced business processes, product management practices and relevant technologies
- Ensure adequate business architecture and solutioning talent across the organization
- Strengthen relationships with global KPMG network to benefit from integrated value chains, shared resources, and innovative ideas.
- Foster a healthy working environment and a continuous learning culture
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
- 6-8 years of experience in strategic design, business capability mapping, value streams, user journeys and process modeling
- Leadership skills with strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Ability to recognize organization structural issues, functional inter dependencies and cross-silo redundancies that can be addressed with facilitation capabilities that influence cross-functional teams toward a common goal
- Strong sense of User-Centricity to understand pain points, behaviors, and preferences
- Good proficiency and active hands-on delivery experience on business solution architecture design with the ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Experience in creating, using and communicating model-based representations of business solutions (Archimate, BPMN, UML)
- Ability to collect and correlate disconnected documentation and diagrams and translate them into relevant information that tackle important business issues
- Proficient English skills, good German skills are a strong plus
