As the HR Operations Manager, you will report to the HR Director and lead the operational HR expertise center.

Your primary objective is to provide exceptional HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring the integration of advanced digital tools while maintaining compliance with HR procedures and regulatory standards.

Description

- Support digital transformation in HR processes by actively collaborating with Group HR teams and keeping abreast of technological advancements.

- Ensure adherence to HR processes, regulations, and directives in line with current legislation and organizational standards.

- Collaborate with senior management and HR Business Partners to define, implement, and refine HR procedures, regulations, and guidelines.

- Act as a guardian of the employee lifecycle and employee relations.

- Supervise payroll management and claims handling with external partners.

- Maintain employee records and HR information systems, particularly SAP.

- Review and monitor labor trends, including overtime, and engage with managers to make informed recommendations.

- Support management and employees in applying regulations and guidelines, acting as a trusted partner.

- Serve as a primary liaison with Finance (reporting, provisioning, analysis, cost tracking and account validation, internal and external audits) and IT departments (interfaces, access).

- Define and publish relevant HR KPIs.

- Manage and develop a large team.

- Participate in special projects as needed, including regional or global initiatives.

Profile

- Experienced in managing HR system implementations and proficient with various HR technologies.

- Skilled in the administrative, legal, and regulatory aspects of HR.

- Effective at leading teams and managing multiple projects in a demanding environment.

- Highly proficient in IT tools and interfaces, with a keen interest in data and systems.

- Strong language skills in French and English; additional languages are beneficial.
