This is how you leave a lasting impression with us:

• at least 5+ years of experience working in a Salesforce environment (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)
• Salesforce Administrator Certifications
• Proficient with Object Configuration including Fields, Record Types, Listviews, Layouts, etc.
• Proficient with Permissions Configuration (Role, Profile, Permission Set, Sharing Rule)
• Proficient with Automation Configuration using Flows, Process Builder
• Proficient with Sandbox Management including Deploying ChangeSet
• Proficient with System Maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• Proficient with Reporting and Dashboard
• Great written/spoken communication skills
• Experience with SFDX and Branching Model is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Community (Digital Experience) is a plus
• Experience with Pardot/Account Engagement is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Object Configuration including Fields, Record Types, Listviews, Layouts, etc.
• Permissions Configuration (Role, Profile, Permission Set, Sharing Rule)
• System Maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• Reporting and Dashboard
• Automation Configuration using Flows, Process Builder
• Sandbox Management including Deploying ChangeSet
• Design and implementation of processes in our Salesforce Architecture
• Analysis of existing Salesforce system, implementation of new business fields and tools
• Business analysis, process analysis/modeling, requirements engineering, design/specification
• Implementation of business processes on our platform for homeowners, brokers and partners
• Close cooperation with our software developers, architects and management
• Test support and release management
