Infrastructure engineer

Responsibilities

• Daily operations like maintaining our global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, offering tier 2 support for end users and taking part of various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Keeping our IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, equivalent education or experience
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure related work with at least most of the areas below:
• Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory
• Exchange
• SQL Server
• SharePoint
• Microsoft 365 environment
• Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers)
• Virtualization
• Citrix systems (Workspace, SD-WAN, ADC)
• Security
• Fluent writing and speaking in English
