We offer you a versatile field of activity

• In this exciting role, you will be on-site at our customers and carry out smaller projects in the NurseCall & Carephone area independently.
• In your daily work, you will independently carry out maintenance and repair work as well as commissioning work on our innovative systems.
• Managing customer requests by telephone and in writing
• At the customer's site, you keep an eye on further business opportunities and take care of their implementation.
• You are responsible for professional support of our customers concerning technical questions in the after-sales area.
• After a solid training period, on-call duty and stand-by duty are part of this job. Those will be paid separately.

Your profile

• Completed training as an automation engineer / electrician or similar qualifications.
• You have professional experience in sales and as a service technician and enjoy inspiring customers with the right solution.
• You are an upbeat and optimistic person who appreciates customer contact and is used to working independently.
• You have very good ICTskills, especially in the area of MS Office and in the area of network and bus systems in building technology.
• You have a good knowledge of telecommunication products (ICT).
• You like to work in a team, you are resilient, flexible and reliable.
• You are business fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and have a driver's license
