We are looking for a Finance Business Partner based at our headquarters in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Controlling and managing an affiliate FP&A Manager, your mission is to be a strong business partner for all financial matters linked with Commercial & Marketing OM Pharma Group activities.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Act as main finance partner and trusted advisor for the Commercial & Marketing teams, having a deep understanding of the product portfolio and regional markets, providing articulated and pertinent advice and being a sparring-partner for senior management
  • Support business planning and decision-making processes, ensure all required financial analyses, modelling of scenarios and profitability analyses
  • Support the commercial team to develop business cases and with contract negotiations.
  • Provide and develop reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making
  • Perform monthly sales closing & sales consolidation for the Group
  • Oversee monitoring of actual and forecasted Sales (RFC) and explain deviation versus plan.
  • Ensure timely production of forecasts & budget in coordination with the rest of the finance team
  • Control and validate credit notes (related to sales) and expected sales discount provisions
  • Manage the Peru affiliate F&A Manager, oversee accounting and reporting for this entity
  • Perform transversal project management (new reporting needs, process improvements, etc.)

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Educational background in the field of Business Administration or Finance (Bachelor's, Master's degree), or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting and/or controlling and/or FP&A, in an international environment
  • A prior experience of commercial operations in a regulated Lifesciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech) is a plus
  • Hands-on and relational experience in the field
  • Experience in direct people management (1 or 2 persons)
  • Full proficiency in French, English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS-Office tools
