• Answer questions regarding positions and securities transactions carried out by Operations to front office colleagues. Performing internal controls for predefined transactions.

Main responsabilities :

• First point of contact related to operational matters on securities/funds.
• Contact with front office employees in relation to questions/issues raised and providing an answer/resolution within SLA.
• Contact with custodians and internal departments as necessary to receive desired information/decision.

Profile :

• Education : Bachelor Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in private banking
• Fluent in French and English
• Swiss residence : optional
