The Support Technician will provide technical assistance to our customers and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email. He/She will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems while offering excellent customer support during after-sales procedures.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist and reply to all technical question to our current customer
• Train users and partners to our solutions by phone and on site
• Provide after-sales support for all our software and hardware solutions both on the phone and punctually on site
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Fill and monitor customer’s complaints in our Service Desk tool Jira
• Test and validate all products solutions
• Respect technical norms and security rules


Education level required
• Technical education and background, such as automation technician, electrician
Years and area of experience required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer support with technical support


Technical knowledge
• Fluent in German and professional skills in English, any other language is a strong asset
Soft skills
• Customer oriented, and strong team spirit
• Organization and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Stress resistant
• Comfortable using ticketing systems
