Industry Partnership Coordinator

HIM Business School is looking for a dynamic professional to expand and diversify our industry network beyond hospitality, targeting finance, luxury, consulting and high-tech, in Switzerland and internationally. Be the bridge between students and top companies and help shape the careers of tomorrow’s leaders.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and engage new industry partners : finance, luxury, consulting and high-tech
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with students, alumni, staff and partners
• Represent HIM at events, conferences and networking opportunitiesInvite new partners to visit the school, meet students and explore opportunities for collaboration
• Guide and support students through internships and career development
• Follow up on student internship placements to ensure a meaningful experience
• Network, cold-call, and prospect to create meaningful, long-term partnerships
  

Education and experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industry partnerships, business development, career services, or a similar role
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional networks across multiple industries
• Proficient in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a strong asset
