YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and updates promotions and campaigns in xTEL as per agreed Promotional Plans
- Ensures approval flow runs as per standards for the promotions and campaigns, according to internal procedures and Chart of Authority;
- Control of Promotional spend vs Budget
- Reporting and analysis on Promotional KBIs
- Ensures support related to promo processes to stakeholders in Sales and Marketing
- Reviews and provides feedback for Promo Price Disputes
- Actively participates in testing new technical solutions for promo management (new functionalities or validation of the existing functionalities)
- Cross-functional communication with Customer Service, Financial, Master Data, BSO, BSS
- Follows the procedures of the management process for promotions according to Audit
- Actively participates in development programs, mandatory trainings for Romanian legislation and internal politics and procedures specific for each system
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Economics would be considered an advantage)
- Min 2 years overall experience, ideally in Business Analysis / Financial processes (would be considered an advantage)
- Planning, organizing & good time management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze numerical data
- Proactive mindset and solutions-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- External and Internal Customer Focus
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Solid level of Microsoft Excel
