We are looking forhighly skilled and motivated Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand, ensuring that our company’s inventory levels meet market needs efficiently. As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate with various departments, includingSales,Marketing,Finance, andSupply chain, to improve forecasting accuracy and enhance our overall supply chain effectiveness.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key role in strategic yearly sales volume preparation as part of theBusiness Planning (Budgeting)processand official and non-official rolling estimates;
-Monitor demand fluctuations and adjust forecasts to ensureWeekly/Monthly forecast accuracy by SKU;
- Analyze historical sales data to develop accurate demand forecasts for CCHBC portfolio;
- Work closely withSales,Marketing,Finance and Supply Chain departmentsto align demand plans with promotional activities and product launches;
- Leads weekly cross-functional Sales &Operations routines;
- Presents monthlyestimationproposal to Senior Management team;
- Participates in Promo planning in collaboration with Marketing department.
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience in forecasting, reporting or business analysisis advantage;
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
- Enjoys working with large amount of data;
- Passionate and energetic personality able to influence;
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other business related field;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel functionalities, ERP Systems.
