Head of Project Managers - Retrofit

The Program Manager Retrofit will lead and coordinate all retrofit projects, manage a team of Project Managers, and contribute to shaping the strategic growth of the service division.

Description

• Coordinate and lead group retrofit projects: prioritisation, intervention planning, management of urgent situations, and decision?making.
• Implementation and development of steering tools, standards and dashboards to monitor the activity and its performance.
• Direct management of the team of Project Managers dedicated to retrofit activities.
• Collaboration with internal departments including After?Sales, Spare Parts, Sales, Administrative, Engineering & Operations teams.
• Act as the interface between customers and the group, anticipate issues and propose solutions. Contribute to the preparation of quotations together with the technical?commercial team.
• Together with the division director, contribute to the strategic development of the Group's Service business.

Profile

• Engineer education in Electronics, Mechanics, Automation or equivalent.
• Solid experience in industrial project management (pharma, medtech, chemicals, automotive, automation, robotics, packaging, integrators…).
• Proven leadership and experience managing teams.
• Strong customer orientation and business mindset.
• Experience in retrofit, obsolescence management or after-sales operations.
• Technical understanding sufficient to challenge and steer projects.
• Fluent in French and English (~90% English-speaking customers). German is a plus.
