Description
- Develop and deploy a regional roadmap for utilities & maintenance
- Support best practices in energy, water, and asset management
- Drive sustainability initiatives (CO?, efficiency, compliance)
- Provide guidance and training to site teams across Europe
- Contribute to projects, audits, and long-term asset strategies

Profile
- Engineering degree with 10+ years in maintenance/utilities
- Strong background in FMCG, food, or chemical industries with asset management
- Proven expertise in Lean, TPM, WCM, and change management
- Fluency in English
- Ability to influence across cultures and travel up to 30% (European scope)
- Not willing to manage a team (non managerial position)
