À propos de cette offre
As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Senior Embedded SW & HW Tester for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with high probability of extension.
In the HW Integration team, Roche forms the cornerstone of confidence. As a Senior Embedded Instrument Control SW Tester, the successful candidate will join an agile working environment of SW experts to bridge the gap between R&D and the final product. The role serves as the primary point of contact for complex issue analysis, helping to uncover weaknesses early and building diagnostic "hooks" directly into the design.

- Designing and developing thoughtful test scenarios that explore the system's resilience, helping to identify and resolve potential weaknesses long before they reach the field.
- Analyzing logs and results, turning raw data into meaningful improvements that enhance diagnostic capabilities and long-term supportability.
- Owning the journey of an issue from discovery to resolution, working closely with cross-functional teams to verify that solutions are as elegant as they are effective.
- Serving as a key technical partner between different development teams and production, using deep system knowledge to provide clarity and support during complex troubleshooting phases.
- Delivering validated, high-quality work packages, ensuring a smooth and confident transition of designs to global partners in Service and Operations.
