Main Responsibilities
• Operate and fine-tune flexo presses to reach top print quality• Troubleshoot print and process issues on-site and during internal tests
• Optimize cold foil, primer, and curing processes
• Support FAT/SAT activities and customer training
• Contribute to R&D with field feedback and process insights
• Help bridge flexo and digital workflows in hybrid environments
Critical Skills
• 5+ years running web-fed flexo presses (labels, folding carton, etc.)• Strong knowledge of print parameters, defect resolution, and inline finishing
• Familiarity with digital print workflows (job prep, consistency, expectations)
• Good English and willing to travel internationally (up to 60%)
• Bonus: experience in converting or offset
