We're partnering with a fast-growing life sciences / tech company scaling rapidly across Europe. Operating at the intersection of innovation and impact, they combine cutting-edge products with strong commercial thinking. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / FP&A to lead planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making, acting as a key partner to commercial and operational teams.

Description

Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles

Partnering with business leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis and support decision-making

Building financial models, scenario planning and what-if analyses

Monitoring business performance versus targets and explaining trends and variances

Preparing monthly management reporting and KPI packs

Supporting strategic projects including investment cases, cost optimisation and profitability analysis

Driving improvements in forecasting tools, processes and financial reporting

Profile

3-7+ years experience in FP&A / controlling / corporate finance

Strong analytical mindset and comfort with complex data

Proven track record partnering with business stakeholders

Fluent English (German is a bonus)

Excellent Excel skills (experience with Power BI / BI tools is a big plus)

You're proactive, curious, and love turning numbers into narrative
