This Project Manager role places you at the heart of industrializing high-temperature thermal processes and automation. You will be responsible for the technical and organizational implementation of projects through to their successful handover to production.
Our client is a Swiss industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of components made from hard materials such as sapphire, ceramics, and micromagnets. It primarily serves the watchmaking industry and stands out for its technological know-how and capacity for innovation.

- Lead industrialization projects related to high-temperature thermal processes (>2000 °C) and automation.
- Develop technical solutions, draft specifications and test protocols.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and technical solutions.
- Support machine trials and process optimization.
- Train and support production teams.
- Ensure reliability, stability, and reproducibility of equipment.
- Provide technical support to production and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Degree in engineering or technical diploma (HF) in process engineering, automation, or related fields.
- Experience in developing industrial processes and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with high-temperature thermal processes, ideally involving sapphire, ceramics, or similar hard materials.
- Fluent in German, with good English and possibly French skills.
- Analytical, structured, and communicative working style.
