COMPTABLE IMMOBILIÈRE / NUMÉRIQUE EXPÉRIMENTÉ-E

YOUR ROLE
You take charge of the company’s accounting: PPE, rentals, and private clients. You manage the accounts on a daily basis, prepare payments, handle reconciliations, calls for funds, year-end closings, and ensure everything remains clean and up to date. You work comfortably in Bexio, manage multiple tasks in parallel without losing control, and move forward in a structured way. You also support the internal accounting of the company, including invoicing, payments received, VAT, reminders, and financial follow-up. You participate in the administrative work related to buildings and clients, and you help improve and modernize our accounting processes. Responsibilities will be adjusted according to your level, as we already have an experienced accountant in place and the division of tasks can be organized intelligently.
YOUR PROFILE
Recognized for your reliability, versatility, and autonomy, you have excellent organizational skills. You are fully fluent in English and have good command of French. Very comfortable with digital tools, you are proficient with accounting software — especially Bexio — as well as the Office suite.
