DSP Specialist (m/f/d)

As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists dedicated to developing and optimizing downstream processes for new biological therapeutics (NBEs and ADCs). The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and executing laboratory experiments to support the development of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute experimental studies on our End-To-End robotic platform to determine the best process conditions for mAbs and ADCs purification
* Perform chromatographic steps, cross flow filtration/tangential flow filtration, and other membrane separation methods for the purification of recombinant proteins as part of process development and characterization at laboratory scale
* Perform real-time monitoring of DSP parameters using PAT (process analytical technology) or analytical robotic platform
* Document the studies in electronic documentation systems according to defined standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency
* Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).
* Experience in executing experimental studies, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
* Familiarity with robotic screening approaches.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Python scripting is desirable.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
