As a valued team member, you advise clients on a range of tax matters and contribute to managing complex projects such as restructurings and transactions across borders

Your Impact
- Lead and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing engagements for multinational groups, from strategy through implementation.
- Design and optimize operating models and drive the global rollout of agreed transfer pricing solutions.
- Scope, plan, and deliver solutions for leading companies across diverse industries.
- Review and assess global value chains (products, services, IP) to identify client needs and craft tailored approaches.
- Advise on transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Steer dispute resolution matters and support advance rulings/agreements.
- Drive business development by winning work and shaping new service offerings.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage PwC's broad global transfer pricing network to solve complex, cross-border challenges.
Your Skill Set
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or an equivalent field.
- 8–10+ years of Transfer Pricing or international tax experience, with a strong senior delivery track record. Preferably in a Big Four or consultancy environment.
- Fluency in English; French or German is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
- Demonstrated leadership: ability to take ownership of a team and an area of expertise.
- Strong analytical mindset with a flair for figures, research, and industry analysis; curiosity to explore new solutions for client challenges.
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Result-oriented, resilient, and adaptable in complex situations, with a clear focus on long-term objectives.
