Your mission:
In your role, you will lead the team of Facility Management Infrastructure to ensure business continuity, prevention, correction and execution of maintenance, being compliant with safety standards and regulations.
Your tasks:
- Plan all activities of the team and provide on-call service
- Monitor and operate technical equipment in a complex and continuously operated environment
- Manage, support, and implement diverse projects
- Be the point of contact for external suppliers, act as key supplier leader, monitoring maintenance and service contracts
What we are looking for:
- Electrical of HVAC Engineer or equivalent
- Several years of experience in the domain of building infrastructure
- Team lead experience
- Good knowledge in critical building infrastructure and projects
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Team work: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, self-drive and openness to changes
- French native (Level C2), English fluent (level C1), German as an asset
