Our Watches Product Marketing team based in Neuchâtel has currently exciting new projects coming soon and is looking for September 2024 for a talented:

In this role, you will support the Serpenti Product Marketing Associate Manager in his daily tasks (analysis, product development coordination, digital marketing) in close collaboration with our internal teams and Manufactures in Switzerland and Italy.

You will work on quantitative and qualitative analysis on Product Line and on Luxury Market and Competitors analysis to help decision-making on the new developments.

Accountabilities

Product development

Working with the development team and design team to shape the future of Serpenti, you will:

- Support the Serpenti Product Associate Manager in creating product sheets that showcase our watch craftsmanship, coordinating closely with the Development, Design & Manufacturing teams

- Assist in analyzing the market and our performance to identify gaps and opportunities for driving incremental growth for the business

- Ensure that our internal product development tool is consistently kept up to date

Strategic presentation

Throughout the year, key presentations need to be delivered to our Marketing Director and Managing Director.

To accomplish this, you will support the Marketing Product Associate Manager by :

- Conducting analysis of the market, competition and Serpenti’s product lines

- Creating impactful presentations tailored to deliver the right message for the audience

Business performances

To ensure the continuous growth of the line, you will :

- Provide monthly analysis to Top Management and the Serpenti Product Associate Manager to support decision-making regarding product plans, discussions with markets, and also provide ad-hoc analyses during the preparation of corporate presentations

- Maintain continuous social listening to share best practices with our communication team

Digital Communication

Working closely with the Communication teams in Rome and Switzerland, you will:

- Support in crafting the brief for the Brand Campaign and Key Consumption Periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.)

- Coordinate the validation of assets created for our media campaigns within the Watch Business Unit

Profile

With a Master’s degree in Marketing or Management and 2 to 3 years of experience in Luxury Marketing, you are passionate about high-end products. Energetic and organized, you are able to achieve your objectives in a challenging environment with a certain degree of pressure. Thanks to your humility and excellent communication, you are capable of working in a multicultural environment and maintaining excellent relationships with your colleagues. You have excellent command of Microsoft Office and you are fluent in English and French, Italian is an asset.

Curious and a strategic thinker, you are good at bringing creative and innovative ideas and are not afraid of entrepreneurship. Your strong analytical skills enable you to support the understanding of the market and clients, as well as to support data-driven decision making. Time management is one of your strengths, and you demonstrate proficiency in project management, along with possessing strong organizational skills. Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship and aesthetic, you are detail-oriented and work in a precise, rigorous, and organized way.
