What works well?
New employees are welcomed with care. Working conditions and atmosphere are very good. With 6 weeks' vacation and 10 public holidays a year, as well as flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking, I think Démarche offers good conditions. The entrepreneurial and innovative side of Démarche, which is its strength and sets it apart from other service providers, is a great motivator. The autonomy is also appreciated.
What could be improved?

Schedules are flexible and compatible with private life. But it all depends on the sector... The 6 weeks of vacation are very interesting.

Management, employee integration and lack of transparency. Unfortunately, there's a great lack of professionalism at the top (management: HR, superiors) and this has a very bad influence on our direct line managers. No reality in the field, no hindsight and no consideration for beneficiaries and apprentices. The lower classes are challenged all year round, something unthinkable for those at the top, resulting in high levels of tension on a daily basis within the cooperative. It's no wonder that turnover is the order of the day at Démarche.
