The first two interviews were very pleasant, with people who were open and very dialogue-oriented.
What could be improved?
The recruitment process, they ask me to do a half-day observation, after 12 days I follow them up by phone, nothing... then send an email nothing... Almost 3 weeks later I received a call telling me that my application had not been accepted. I ask them why, and the answer is: integration into the team. A real class act.
