A humane, not very innovative and hierarchical company
What works well?
Comfortable general atmosphere and small attention to employees: terrace, cafeterias, soft mobility subsidy, participation in the employee's health insurance, teleworking, etc.
What could be improved?
Glass ceiling (especially for women) and very vertical management, lack of transparency of the management. Lack of a continuous training policy. No salary scale (CEPEC withdrawal in 2018). Silo organization chart. Lack of spirit of innovation, transversality and collaborative work.
