What works well?

The only positive aspect is the clients who are quite varied and renowned

What could be improved?

An IT company no better than the others: poor salaries, no special benefits, a completely opaque promotion system. Employees are considered as expenses. Only HR and marketing seem to be better off.

ELCA is a great place to work. The general atmosphere is super nice. Projects are very diversified.

What could be improved?

Company benefits could be better. 3 day home office would be great.
