What could be improved?

My experience during this interview was particularly disappointing. Although I had been selected, I felt that my background, my career path, and my professional goals didn’t spark any interest. I was asked very few questions, which turned the interview into a very limited and unproductive exchange. The person conducting the interview told me she had been conducting interviews nonstop for two weeks and meeting with many candidates. While this may explain some fatigue, it shouldn’t result in a rushed and impersonal interview. A candidate deserves, at the very least, to be listened to attentively and to have a genuine exchange. I was also told that I would receive a response by the beginning of the following week. However, I never received any feedback. This lack of follow-up reinforces the impression of a genuine lack of consideration toward candidates. Having gone through numerous interviews throughout my career, this is the first time I have felt such a lack of interest and respect in a recruitment process. A simple, more human exchange, a few questions, and some feedback—even if negative—would have made all the difference, regardless of the outcome.

What works well?

A very well-oiled process, with a high degree of automation, so low cost. From an "industrial" point of view, everything works perfectly.

What could be improved?

Really highly automated work Refuses to recruit over 40, highly qualified. Standardized answers. Oh yes, one day a consultant called me and said he couldn't tell me any more and that he was going to send me a confidentiality agreement. He never sent it to me and my reminders were in vain. Such smugness, it's insulting.

What works well?

The recruitment process is well explained in advance in terms of the various steps involved. Excellent welcome. Consultant very knowledgeable about the company he was recruiting for. Very professional service. I didn't get the job, but I did receive a personalized, verbal negative response, which was much appreciated.

What could be improved?
