What works well?

Employees have great advantages on insurances and other benefits, the building is brand new and very pretty. Participation from the employer on meals everyday. What works well?

Working environment, home office, the many advantages offered by the Mobiliere group, catering... Our prospects are good, and we're part of one of Switzerland's best companies: La Mobilière. I don't understand certain negative comments. Of course, not everything is perfect, but is the grass really greener elsewhere? I've worked here for many years and I highly recommend this company.
