What works well?
The field is unique and international, which gives you the opportunity to practice English on a daily basis in a professional setting. The salary is attractive if you're in the boss's good graces.
What could be improved?
The biggest drawback of this company is its leadership. Toxic, manipulative, and authoritarian management; limited opportunities for growth; and a constant need for control—it’s hard to thrive under these conditions. The physical working conditions also leave something to be desired: aging offices and IT systems that are in dire need of an upgrade. There’s no digitization—everything is on paper.

Without going into too much detail, what I really disliked about my time at B&M was its management. They have a toxic management style, no desire to evolve and a sick need to control everything. Outdated offices and IT tools
