Management needs to be seriously improved in the company because it is absent, cold and above all incompetent. Important Peter principle among management: lack of organization, mocking tone! lack of transparency, misplaced answers. A lot of toxicity in the atmosphere: criticism behind everyone's back, and some easily recognizable bad apples. Day after day it gets exhausting.
