Toxic management and poor working conditions.

What could be improved?

Management is disorganized, novice and totally lacking in vision, creating a stressful and demotivating working atmosphere. Employees are not listened to or supported, and their efforts go unrecognized. Working conditions are mediocre, with few resources and a high turnover that reflects the malaise within the team. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, respectful working environment.
