The worst work environment I have ever experienced... A daily life made of shouting, mockery, verbal and physical violence...
Very bad atmosphere where the objective of the management is to pit you against each other.
Minimum salary, never a single increase, working hours between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, completely obsolete computer system, no break, they look at you the wrong way when you go to the bathroom..., no possible evolution, humiliating reference when potential future employers contact Prosertel... all those who left, it was a big loss. Think carefully before putting Prosertel on your CV, you will be dragging it like a ball and chain! As a borderer, I can confirm that you can still find much better jobs in Switzerland... FUYEZ !!!!
