What works well?

The customers are mostly understanding and friendly

What could be improved?

The worst work environment I have ever experienced... A daily life made of shouting, mockery, verbal and physical violence... Very bad atmosphere where the objective of the management is to pit you against each other. Minimum salary, never a single increase, working hours between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, completely obsolete computer system, no break, they look at you the wrong way when you go to the bathroom..., no possible evolution, humiliating reference when potential future employers contact Prosertel... all those who left, it was a big loss. Think carefully before putting Prosertel on your CV, you will be dragging it like a ball and chain! As a borderer, I can confirm that you can still find much better jobs in Switzerland... FUYEZ !!!!

What works well?

I don't know the work atmosphere, but during telephone interviews, it's not motivating.

What could be improved?

Listen to candidates when you call them. Do not judge them after 30 seconds of discussion. Do not call if you are in a hurry. E.g.: what are your salary expectations? . XXXX . we are 25% below goodbye. And the person hangs up....
