What works well?
A company on a human scale, with excellent rapport among employees across different departments. Management that is approachable and accessible to employees. A diverse and interesting product range. High-tech applications in growing markets (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, batteries, etc.). Regular development of new products. Excellent working conditions.
What could be improved?
Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but in Frewitt’s case, it would be in minor details. For example, remote work isn’t very common. Employees can share their feedback via a suggestion box. Leisure activities for colleagues are offered regularly (Frewitt Club).

Interesting work but unattractive conditions
What works well?
Prosperous company with good economic and business prospects. Innovative products. Very interesting work in the technical and R&D office. Some interesting perks: free Friday afternoons if enough hours and free covered parking available.
What could be improved?
Little in the way of work-life balance (except for Friday afternoons). Management seems unconcerned about the well-being of its employees. Unsatisfactory general atmosphere. Mechanical and electrical design tools changed too abruptly to technologies ill-suited to our work, making colleagues anxious.
