What works well?
Plenty of freedom and attractive conditions, but only to compensate for a very heavy workload.
What could be improved?
Huge work overload in the Geneva branch. What's more, the tools provided for working are far from up to scratch. There's a lot of turnover in the teams, and the people in charge aren't really qualified.
