What works well?

The recruitment process is so well automated that it can't cost much. In any case, it's a frugal business model for those who don't want to spend money and collect as many applications as possible at the same time.

What could be improved?

This employer doesn't want to get his hands dirty. He channels everything through Job UP, including the automatic, standardized reply, without saying anything about the reason for the negative response. The response is very terse and hardly friendly, even somewhat condescending. The recruitment process reflects this company's lack of humanity, as it clearly shows a lack of respect for applicants. I had largely ticked all the boxes and wasn't even invited to a first interview.
