What works well?
The atmosphere among colleagues is excellent. Coffee and tea are offered at the 9 a.m. break.
What could be improved?
This company is some 30 years behind schedule and in chronic deficit. Stamp cards were not replaced by badges until 2023. In production, the machines are old. Career opportunities are limited and accidents are frequent.

What works well?
I had an interview but no follow up so I can't speak about the work environment at Cremo. In any case, it seems nice.
What could be improved?
Very serious company, I was called to arrange an interview following my application (the return time can be long but it is normal). HR very friendly and other members of the company too. They considered me very well and kept me informed of the next steps personally. Thank you, it's a pleasure and makes you want to work with Cremo!
