What works well?
I was employed at Aeschbach Shoes (offices) for about 8 years. From my experience the managers are quite understanding and leave quite a lot of freedom in the way they handle their work, they don't put pressure and trust enough.
What could be improved?
To the accounting department: - The IT infrastructure is in poor condition with computers still running Windows XP and completely broken.
