Par sa vocation d'établissement d'intérêt public, l'ECA assure la sécurité de la communauté vaudoise dans tous les domaines de l'incendie et des éléments naturels (biens immobiliers et mobiliers) par la synergie de trois missions indissociables :

Prévention

La prévention des sinistres, contribuant à mieux protéger les personnes et les biens.

Secours

L'organisation, l'équipement et la formation des services de défense incendie et secours, participant à sauvegarder des vies et à réduire l'ampleur des sinistres.

Assurance

L'assurance obligatoire et solidaire, garantissant une couverture étendue des biens immobiliers et mobiliers, moyennant une prime avantageuse.


L'ECA compte plus de 300 collaboratrices et collaborateurs et forme chaque année une dizaine d'apprenti-e-s. Il offre de nombreux avantages, proposant un cadre de travail attractif, une large palette de métiers, des missions qui font sens, des engagements forts et reconnus en matière de ressources humaines et des projets passionnants réalisés en équipe.
