Production and management in a production unit. What humility, with a newly appointed production manager who really makes you want to work for EMS, unlike the production and HR management.

What could be improved?

4 interviews, the first 7 questions are exactly the same (the first 20 minutes) HR who can warn you the day before for an interview saying it's tomorrow or never, to repeat the same questions in the interview. The production management asks theoretical questions, on exact theoretical formulas that...

The atmosphere looks great...the people working there looks very happy to be part of the company.

What could be improved?

Communication / reply to the applicant after interviews. Indeed I had an interview beginning of December, then they have informed me (mid-Dec) that I will be contacted by the HR for a 2nd interview...but since then "radio silence".
