What works well?
The corporate culture and overall loyalty among the 200 people who work at OSEO VD. There are opportunities for internal advancement as well as training. Overall working conditions are the best in the integration sector.
What could be improved?
Not much room for improvement, as the job market remains relatively tight. Hard to do better!

What could be improved?
It's a rewarding field with great values, which initially motivated me to invest myself fully. Unfortunately, however, I felt a lack of authenticity in professional relationships. Certain remarks made by employees/managers affected me personally, without there being anyone I could trust to talk to about it. I sometimes felt more like a pawn in a team than a human being. A mixed experience that could have been much more constructive with a humane, caring and upright manager.

I'm sorry that your feelings are clearly, and fortunately, not in line with reality. If we had to downsize in 2021/22 due to the loss of mandates, this was done in collaboration with the Staff Committee and the union. We were also able to keep people who would otherwise have had to leave. I hope you have found an institution that suits you and allows you to flourish. PS: My advice: be careful with defamatory accusations that could get you into trouble with the law; anonymity does not allow you to do anything you want.
