What works well?
Polymechanic toolmaker. Very nice watchmaking company with a "human" side which is put in priority, we feel considered there which creates a very good working atmosphere! The tasks are very interesting and enriching. In short: the part of my CV that I am most proud of.
What could be improved?
The supervisor(s) (area managers) are extremely busy and therefore sometimes difficult to contact.
