What works well?
Good atmosphere with colleagues, the advantages of working in a chain (a complete pair offered to employees per year).
What could be improved?
Respect for employees. You always had to be ready to go and help another store because there was no anticipation. On Saturdays, too many customers and not enough employees. You get washed out by all the eye exams that come and go, and the orders, and so on. The management needs to be reviewed.
