What works well?

1. Les Roches offers a competitive remuneration policy. Benefits are also attractive, with group health insurance partly covered, meals as a benefit in kind, free days off at Easter and New Year, and access to internal and external training. The school also values non-financial recognition through engagement initiatives, company parties, thank-you bonuses and sincere attention to employee well-being. 2. Opportunities for advancement are real and encouraged. Motivated employees can take on wider responsibilities, change departments or be promoted to positions at group level. As an educational company, management actively supports internal mobility and talent development. 3. Management style has evolved very positively in recent years. New members of management adopt a participative, humane and caring approach. Managers are accessible and responsive, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. The Human Resources department actively encourages an open feedback culture, in which everyone can express themselves freely, put forward ideas and feel heard. What works well?

The website HR portal to register as an applicant is a good way to submit and review your application.

What could be improved?

Application unanswered after 2 months as the vacancy was renewed a number of times. My profile meets and surpasses the requirements for the position advertised so a reply (even negative) is merited - applicants should not be left in limbo. Some companies state that only applicants who meet the requirements will receive a reply, my application stated "in review" on companies HR portal during all this time. A brief and peremptory phone call with HR concluded that the post was poorly defined and missing the "key" requirement for selection. In conclusion what I have heard and read about this company is confirmed.

What works well?

If I would have been answering this question 3 years ago, perhaps i would need more space to write. Today I cannot see any positive points!

the working conditions and atmosphere is not good at all. There are too many changes in management which does not permit to advance.

What works well?

Since Eurazeo (investment company) took over ... ? Nothing! It seems that thinking that the French "savoir faire" is the best; did not work.

What could be improved?

Lack of recognition, very little consideration for the human Huge turnover, Horrible management NO LEADERSHIP.
