What works well?

Recruitment was carried out with very ambitious promises, including the possibility of advancing to become a "partner."

What could be improved?

The recruitment process went very well: friendly exchanges, welcoming people, and motivating speeches. The atmosphere during the initial contacts gave the impression of a humane and dynamic organization. After a few months, however, I noticed a discrepancy between this first impression and how things actually worked. The management lacked structure and experience: several managers had no real managerial background, which sometimes made decision-making unclear and unstructured. There was no clear onboarding process or formalized support for integrating new employees. There was high turnover, with frequent arrivals and departures, which made it difficult to maintain continuity in projects and team cohesion.
